I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at HEC Montréal. I also have a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary.
My primary research stream investigates reputation and identity in organizations. Currently, a substantial portion of this work investigates strategic leaders' (e.g., CEOs, entrepreneurs) reputation and identity concerns in the context of learning and innovation. In addition, I am also working on projects that investigate learning and innovation more broadly. For example, I currently investigate how entrepreneurs’ vicarious learning changes over time and its implications on their well-being. Finally, my secondary research stream investigates how personality shapes outcomes in organizations.
Overall, my research has resulted in numerous publications. This includes multiple lead publications at the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology.
