Benjamin Moon

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at HEC Montréal, collaborating with Dr. Jean-François Harvey (Canada Research Chair in Organizational Learning). 

My research investigates self-presentation and identity in organizations. Currently, much of this work explores their implications on entrepreneurial learning and innovation among SME CEOs and entrepreneurs. Other work investigates entrepreneurial learning and innovation more broadly. These projects often collect data through partnerships with external organizations that facilitate entrepreneurial learning, including through workshops and executive peer advisory groups. Overall, my research has resulted in numerous publications. This includes multiple lead publications at the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology.
